Did you know that Party with a Purpose isn’t just for REALTORS®? Party with a Purpose is open to the entire community! As a community event, anyone and everyone is welcome to attend or donate!

The whole community is invited to join us as we celebrate the groundbreaking of the Habitat Village and raise funds to continue to support their cause! That’s right — REALTOR®, business owner, student, or anyone who lives in the area, you’re invited to the party!

What is Party with a Purpose?

Party with a Purpose is an annual event hosted by GDWCAR with the goal of raising funds to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Denton County.

It’s a party on the rooftop at Marty B’s! Dress for food and fun as we Party with a Purpose! We’ll also be having a silent auction to help raise funds!

Party with a Purpose is a fun evening benefiting a great cause. Anyone is allowed to buy a ticket or donate! You don’t have to be a REALTOR® to attend.

The Purpose

For many years the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS® has supported the mission of Habitat for Humanity of Denton County. Since 1994, Habitat Denton has helped 107 families break the cycle of generational poverty and move into the stability and security of home ownership. The GDWCAR home will be the first home in the 8-acre, 35- Home Village- Habitat Denton’s first affordable housing development.
