Before heading to showings, we highly recommend opening the app before you leave your home or office as the app requires cellular data/WiFi service to update when the app first opens. Once that initial update happens you will be good to use the key even if there is no service at the location of your showing, this is because the app using Bluetooth when communicating with the iBoxes. If you were to forget to open the app where there is cellular service, occasionally the app will not be able to perform the necessary updates and you'll get an error notification within the app and a red X will appear on the "Update" logo at the bottom of the screen. If you find yourself in that situation, you will have to use a WiFi hotspot or backtrack to cell coverage to update the app.
What Makes a Room a Bedroom?
There is no single legal definition for a bedroom in Texas. The International Residential Code (IRC), published by the International Code Council and adopted by Texas in 2001, establishes a set of residential building standards for public safety and welfare that include requirements for what can be considered a bedroom.
