When I submit my listing, I noticed that my listing is not reflected on the Zillow site. How long does it take? Zillow will now operate as a Broker so they will display listings in accordance with IDX Rules and Regulations like any other MLS Participant. This means that the separate syndication display agreement with Zillow as a third party will terminate and no longer syndicate to Zillow.
