When I submit my listing, I noticed that my listing is not reflected on the Zillow site. How long does it take? Zillow will now operate as a Broker so they will display listings in accordance with IDX Rules and Regulations like any other MLS Participant. This means that the separate syndication display agreement with Zillow as a third party will terminate and no longer syndicate to Zillow.


What happens when your clients move but their listing doesn’t sell? They want to rent it out—fast. Help them out by using TransUnion’s SmartMove, an online system that provides a quick leasing recommendation on prospective tenants.
