Possible Supra Issues

UPDATE 09/17/2020, 12:36 PM CST · The SupraWEB, SupraNET and key sync issues we experienced yesterday are working properly. The Supra team is analyzing the root cause and will implement steps to avoid this from occurring again.
UPDATE 09/16/2020, 5:52 PM CST · All eKEYs are now syncing successfully. However, SupraNET and SupraWEB are both still experiencing delays.
The Supra team is working hard to determine and fix this issue.

09/16/2020, 3:02 PM CST · Supra has contacted us to let us know that their server went down between 8 and 9 am PST today (09/16/2020) and that some keys were not able to update because of this. Not all keyholders were impacted.
Supra suggests pushing any showings out to later in the day or even tomorrow while they fix this issue.
We suggest that you have an iBox in your inventory, you may want to test your key before you head out to check for functionality.
If you turn on/open your key, it doesn't work, or it needs to be updated, please call and get an update code via KIMvoice (888-968-4032). Please note! You will need to know your eKEY serial number in order to get the update code.
Support is working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Updates can be found here or on our social media outlets when the issues have been resolved.
