New Member or Keyholder?
Make sure you install the Supra eKEY app BEFORE calling our office. You will receive a separate invitation email to complete eKey activation within the next 5 days. Please view the Supra eKey Self-Signup guide.
Not ready to setup your key? That's ok, after the 5 days are up you can call our office to resend your activation email or staff can assist with set up.
Once you receive provisional membership, you can get a Supra eKEY! Simply contact the office at 940-387-8212.
Supra eKEY Setup:
Set up (1 time fee)
$50 + tax
When you leave the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS® your key service will not be automatically turned off at the time of Association transfer. Please let the office know you would like to deactivate your key service. Once your key is unassigned at GDWCAR you can obtain your Supra services from the new association.
If you previously had an account with Supra and terminated the service, the activation fee will be required.

Keyholders
Supra bills the eKEY monthly on the 11th of each month. If you need assistance with updating your billing information, contact Supra Customer Service or the GDWCAR office.
If you’re a primary member of another MLS and have an active account with Supra, please contact the office for further assistance at 940-387-8212. If you are a secondary GDWCAR member, a cooperating key can be added to your account at no additional cost.
FAQs & Resources
If you are a keyholder in good standing with GDWCAR and have an email and/or mobile phone number on file with Supra. You can have an authorization code sent directly to you.
