Wise Housing Market Report May 2023

In May 2023, Wise County saw the Median Price drop by 10% compared to May 2022 to $350,009. Active Listings increased by 160.1% to a total of 502! Closed Sales rose 2.3% to a total of 132. The Total Days on Market was 108, that’s 46 days more than May 2022. With 5.8 Months of Inventory compared to 2.0 in May 2022.

Montague Housing Market Report May 2023

In May 2023, Montague County saw the Median Price rise by 43.1% compared to May 2022 to $309,000. Active Listings increased by 129.6% to a total of 101! Closed Sales dropped 29.2% to a total of 17. The Total Days on Market was 92, that’s 28 days more than May 2022. With 5.3 Months of Inventory compared to 1.9 in May 2022.
