- Texas REALTORS, What is TREPAC?

About TREPAC

Defending, Promoting, Protecting Homeownership, Property Rights, and vitality of the real estate industry!

TREPAC is a non-partisan political action committee that supports federal, state, and local candidates who demonstrate their support of private property rights, homeownership, and the real estate profession.

TREPAC is a completely voluntary, nonprofit organization that ensures the REALTOR® voice is heard in Congress and at the State Capitol. TREPAC Membership consists of REALTORS® and others interested in protecting the free rights of property ownership.

If real estate is your profession, politics is your business. And no one protects the real estate industry and your bottom line like TREPAC-Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee.

We Back TREPAC

There is no other organization that collectively stands and fights for private property rights, other than the REALTORS®. Be proud, as it has taken many years and the work many fellow REALTORS® to protect that right in North Texas.

How Do I Invest?

Aside from voluntary investment during your REALTOR® dues billing, you can also invest in TREPAC by participating in one of our fundraising events. These are great opportunities to have fun, network, and contribute to a worthy cause.

Every dollar you invest during a TREPAC event goes towards supporting REALTOR® friendly officials at the local, state, and national levels.

Each year, GDWCAR recognizes investors at the following levels for their commitment to TREPAC: the $110 Club, the $250 Lone Star Statesman, $500 Capitol Club, $1,000 Sterling R, $2500 Crystal R, and $5000 Golden R.

TREPAC Committee

Getting involved in TREPAC helps you become more educated on the issues affecting your industry. However, there are many rules and regulations you must follow if you will be fundraising on behalf of the PAC.
