Cancellation Policy

The Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “GDWCAR”) has the following policies in place for cancellations and refunds.

Registration Cancellation

You may cancel your registration online through our Member Platform, GrowthZone, by clicking Member Login at the top of the website.

If you need assistance doing cancelling your registration, you can reach staff by phone at 940-387-8212 or by email.

If you can't unregister yourself, you must submit a written request via email 72 hours prior to the class/event.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm CST.

It is your responsibility to cancel your registration in a timely manner. Please read on to review cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

GDWCAR must receive a cancellation notice in writing 72 hours prior to the class/event for a full refund.

A $10 fee will be added to your account if your registration is not cancelled according to the Cancellation/Refund policy. This fee must be paid before registering for another course/event with GDWCAR.

This policy applies to FREE Lunch n Learn events as well as Any and All types of Events & Education Opportunities.

Change Notice

GDWCAR reserves the right to change or amend these policies to reflect changes to our website or business practices.
