How To Update Billing, Payment Methods, & AutoPay with GDWCAR

Looking to update your card/billing info, pay dues, or set up AutoPay? GDWCAR Members can use the AutoPay & Billing tab in the InfoHub to manage stored Payment Profiles, review their recurring Membership Billing, and turn AutoPay on or off.

How To Add/Update Payment Methods & Your Card

Adding Your Credit & Debit Cards in the InfoHub

Click My Billing Info in the left Navigation Panel of the Info Hub.
Click the Autopay & Billing tab.
Click the "+" icon in the Payment Profiles section.
Payment Profile Type: Select Credit Card.
Enter all required credit card and address information.
Click Done.

Your card is now available to use for paying bills through the InfoHub, when registering for class and events, purchasing from the REALTOR® Store, etc.

Additionally, the credit card is available in the back-office for payment of bills and setting up automated payments.

How To Delete a Card Stored in the InfoHub

Before You Begin:

You must be logged in to your Info Hub with access to My Billing Info.
If the card is tied to an active AutoPay schedule, confirm you have another payment method on file before removing it.

Click My Billing Info in the left-hand rail.
Click the Autopay & Billing tab.
Click the pencil icon for the credit card you wish to delete.
This will open the Edit Payment Profile window.
To remove the card from the stored payment profiles, click the Delete button in the lower left. A confirmation window will appear.
Click OK to confirm and complete the removal of the credit card from the stored payment profiles.

Removing the only card on an active AutoPay: Deleting a stored card that is set up for AutoPay can cause upcoming scheduled payments to fail. Add a replacement payment method before deleting the old card.

Managing AutoPay

Important: AutoPay must be set up by the account holder. GDWCAR staff do not have the ability to enroll members in AutoPay on their behalf. To activate automatic payments and ensure on-time billing, please log in to your account and complete the AutoPay setup process directly.

VERY IMPORTANT! If an invoice is already open, AutoPay will NOT apply for the current open invoice if it’s not setup beforehand. However, it will work for the next invoice.

Setting Up AutoPay

In the InfoHub, go to the My Billing Info section and open the Autopay & Billing tab. If AutoPay has been set up, click the “Manage AutoPay” button in the Membership Billing section.
This will open the Edit Membership Details window.
In the Edit Membership Details window, under “Automatic Payments”, members can make the following selections:
- All membership items: This will apply the card/account selected in the Payment Profile selector to pay for ALL items on the membership billing, both required and voluntary.
- Only required membership items: this will apply payment to ONLY the required items on the membership billing. Any voluntary items (items with a “Yes” in the Voluntary column) will remain unpaid.
- Disabled: this disables the AutoPay; no payments will be automatically made toward membership billing for this membership.
- Members will choose a stored payment profile or add a new one by clicking on the plus sign.
Members can remove a stored payment profile by clicking the trash can. This will prompt a message confirming the deletion or offering an opportunity to replace the profile.
If the profile is tied to a membership type that requires AutoPay, a specific prompt will occur reminding them to replace the payment profile.
Make any changes and click Done to save your changes.

Using AutoPay for BOTH Annual Dues & MLS Service Fees

If you’d like both your Annual Membership Dues AND your Quarterly MLS Service Fees to be set up on AutoPay, you MUST follow the above steps for BOTH “REALTOR®” (your Annual dues) and “MLS” (your MLS service fees).

You CAN use one card for “REALTOR®” and a completely different card for “MLS”.

Whatever card or cards you use will be used to AutoPay UNLESS you remove or change them.

Canceling AutoPay

Members can cancel AutoPay from the InfoHub by disabling their stored payment profile and then canceling the scheduled payment if an invoice was already generated for an upcoming billing.

Click on AutoPay from My Billing Info and then click on Manage AutoPay.
Choose Disable.
From the Payment tab of My Billing Info, select the Actions by invoice with the scheduled payment.
Cancel Payment.

Disabling AutoPay does not cancel an already-scheduled payment: If an invoice was already generated for upcoming billing, the member must also cancel the scheduled payment from the Payment tab of My Billing Info, or the payment will still process.

How To Manage, Pay, and Save Invoices

Members may view their account history and pay bills within the InfoHub. All member billing information is contained in the My Billing Info section of the InfoHub.

Make a Payment: this tab displays any open balances and unpaid invoices. The member can make a payment on one or many invoices here. A stored payment profile can be selected by the member once they click the Action button of a particular invoice.
Autopay & Billing: this tab displays any stored payment profiles (credit card and bank account/ACH), upcoming scheduled membership billing, and other scheduled billing. The member can also make a payment and manage autopay settings.
Billing History: this tab displays a list of all invoices (paid and unpaid) and any payments, write offs, refunds, etc.

How To Make a Payment

Click My Billing Info in the left-hand rail. This will automatically open the Make a Payment tab.
Click the arrow on the Actions button for the invoice to be paid and select the Enter Credit Card option.
Enter credit card information OR select a previously stored credit card. If entering a new credit card, you may elect to store the credit card for future purchases by enabling Store Payment Info For Future.
Click Done to apply the payment to the invoice.

When an invoice is paid online, you will receive the automated Online Payment Receipt email.

How To Find Billing History and Previous Invoices

Note: Your account must have at least one closed invoice for history to appear.

Open the Billing History tab in your My Billing Info area. It displays closed invoices and their associated payments, write offs, refunds, etc.
Select the Actions button to apply payments on open invoices and to download PDFs of the invoice, the payment, the refund, the write off, etc.
Review the Amount column. An asterisk * indicates a voluntary fee that was not included in the original payment; these fees are optional and do not “count against” a member if they remain unpaid.
